Services - Pressure Vessel

Pressure vessels are closed containers designed to hold gases or liquids at pressure above 15 psig. They are used in power plants, in chemicals, petrochemicals and fertilizer plants, and in refineries. Most pressure vessels are welded steel cylinders with dished head end closures. There have been several fatal accidents resulting from explosions in the early history of pressure vessel operation. Therefore, their design, manufacture and operations are regulated by international Codes that have the force of law in many countries.

We provide consultancy services as well as training for the design and fabrication of pressure vessels to the requirements of ASME Section VIII Code. Our flagship training program caters to the requirement of Div. 1 of the Code; however, we provide Div. 2 training as well on demand.
